– Opt-In: By subscribing to our SMS service, you agree to receive text messages from us.
– Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, text “STOP” to unsubscribe. Upon successful unsubscription, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been removed from the service. Message and data rates may apply.
Standard message and data rates, as specified by your mobile carrier, may apply to each message sent or received.
You will receive SMS messages at a frequency determined by the service. Message frequency may vary.
By using this service, you agree not to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity. Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access to the service.
We are not responsible for any delays, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the delivery of SMS messages. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website or communicated through the SMS service.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Virginia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the courts of Virginia.

The carrier and driver are jointly and separately authorized to operate and transport the customer’s motor vehicle between the designated pickup location and the destination as specified in the auto transport order contract.
Trucking damage claims are covered by the carrier’s cargo insurance, ranging from $100,000 to $250,000 per load, with a minimum of $750,000 in public liability and property damage insurance. All claims must be documented on the condition report, signed at the time of delivery, and submitted in writing within 15 days of delivery.
Luggage and personal property must be confined to the vehicle’s trunk, not exceeding 100 lbs, with no heavy items allowed. The carrier is not liable for any damage caused to the vehicle due to excessive or improper loading of personal items.
Vehicles must be in good running condition at the time of pickup, with no more than a half tank of fuel. The carrier is not liable for damage caused by leaking fluids, freezing, exhaust systems, or antennas not secured. Any claim for loss or damage must be noted on the condition report and signed at the time of delivery.
If a carrier arrives and the vehicle is not ready as indicated by the shipper, an additional $75.00 rescheduling fee will apply. SMN Logistics LLC must be notified if the shipper is unavailable for pickup or delivery. The shipper must designate an alternate representative if necessary. If the vehicle becomes unavailable during a scheduled pickup window after an order has been placed, SMN Logistics LLC reserves the right to cancel the order without a refund.
SMN Logistics LLC will make every effort to provide a carrier as promptly as possible in accordance with the shipper’s instructions. However, pickup and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Orders canceled prior to one week after the requested available pickup date will incur a $200 administration fee. SMN Logistics LLC will not cover the cost of vehicle rentals, nor will it be liable for the failure of mechanical or operational parts of the transported vehicle.
A $150.00 fee will be charged for non-operational vehicles, which will be included in the final quote provided by SMN Logistics LLC. If the vehicle becomes non-operational during transport, this fee will be added to the original quote.
The shipper agrees to pay the quoted price to SMN Logistics LLC for delivered vehicles and will not attempt to charge back any payments made via credit card. This agreement, along with any shipment under its terms, is subject to the carrier’s tariff and the uniform straight bill of lading, copies of which are available upon request from the carrier’s office. This agreement supersedes all prior written or verbal representations of SMN Logistics LLC and constitutes the entire contract between the shipper and SMN Logistics LLC. Any changes to this agreement must be in writing and signed by an authorized officer of SMN Logistics LLC. SMN Logistics LLC reserves the right to cancel the order at any time.
The client agrees not to contract any other broker or carrier during the designated shipping period. If the client engages another broker or carrier during this time, they will forfeit their deposit, which is non-refundable.
