Terms and Conditions :

1) Both the assigned carrier and driver are fully authorized to operate and transport the vehicle from the pickup location to the designated destination. While SMN Brokerage LLC will make every effort to secure a driver for the estimated date and price, specific pickup or delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as carrier schedules, mechanical issues, weather, or other unforeseen events. SMN Brokerage LLC is not liable for any costs arising from delays, such as airline or rental car fees. The carrier’s schedule will be communicated to the customer once a driver is assigned.

2) During the shipping process with SMN Brokerage LLC, the customer agrees not to engage any other brokers or carriers. If the customer works with another broker or carrier during this time, the deposit paid to SMN Brokerage LLC will be non-refundable.

3) Carriers offer door-to-door service when possible. If the driver cannot access the pickup or delivery address due to narrow streets, trees, or other obstructions, they may request a nearby accessible meeting point, such as a large parking lot.

4) Carriers are not authorized or insured to transport personal or household goods. However, you may place up to 100 lbs (45 kg) of items in the vehicle’s trunk. SMN Brokerage LLC and the carrier are not liable for any damage caused by improperly loaded personal belongings. Any items exceeding the weight limit or improperly disclosed will result in a price adjustment or a dry run fee of $150. Should the vehicle or shipper not be ready for pickup, a rescheduling fee of $75 will apply.

5) Vehicles must be in good running condition and should have no more than half a tank of fuel at the time of pickup. The carrier is not responsible for damage caused by leaking fluids, freezing, exhaust systems, or unsecured antennas. Any claims for loss or damage must be documented on the condition report at the time of delivery. We will make every effort to honor the estimated price provided. You will be promptly informed of any necessary updates once all transport details are confirmed.

6) Carriers contracted by SMN Brokerage LLC provide cargo insurance of $100,000 to $250,000 per load and at least $750,000 in public liability and property damage insurance. The carrier is responsible for any damage incurred during transport. SMN Brokerage LLC will assist in providing the necessary insurance documents for filing a claim. All claims must be submitted in writing within 3 days of the incident.

7) If a carrier is dispatched and the vehicle is not ready, a rescheduling fee of $75 will be applied. In case the vehicle becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the deposit will be non-refundable. A cancellation fee of $200 will apply for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date.

8) Clients must ensure that a vehicle inspection report (Bill of Lading/BOL) is completed at both pickup and delivery, regardless of time or weather conditions. Failure to document damages on the BOL may prevent the filing of a damage claim. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and documented on the BOL, signed by the driver.

9) A fee of $150 will apply to non-operational vehicles, which will be included in the final quote. If a vehicle becomes non-operational during transport, this fee will be added to the original quote.

10) SMN Brokerage LLC offers multiple secure payment options, including Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, wire transfer, and others. Payments should only be made through official company channels to avoid fraudulent activity. Refunds for order cancellations before dispatch are processed within 24-48 business hours. Customers are not authorized to initiate credit card chargebacks, as doing so may forfeit the right to a refund. Please contact your SMN Brokerage LLC agent for a cashback form if needed.

11) This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, and any legal disputes must be filed within Texas. SMN Brokerage LLC’s liability is limited to the broker’s fee. The client consents to the jurisdiction of Virginia courts.

12) By accepting these terms, the customer agrees to provide an upfront payment via credit/debit card, ACH, or check. The remaining balance is due upon delivery, payable by cash, cashier’s check, or money order directly to the carrier.

  • By proceeding with the services provided by SMN Brokerage LLC, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions, ensuring a secure and professional experience.
